Post some of your favorite music videos that you cannot believe are considered "CLASSIC"...

In each post try to post two...

...one you think was wildly popular...

...and one you think was more of a 'sleeper'...

...but still good.

I'll start it off...

Okay, let me give this a shot then:

Popular

Sleeper
Your video made me think of one of my favorite "sleeper" bands that are now "classic".   Anyone else have to keep telling your friends OVER&OVER that this was NOT Heart!?

If you don't think this is classic (old) you may not realize how old you are.

Any of the videos on the Atari Jaguar CD/PC CD game VIDGRID: Peter Gabriel-Sledgehammer, AeroSmith-Cryin', Metallica-Enter Sandman, Guns N' Roses-November Rain, Van Halen-Right Now, Ozzy Osborne-No More Tears, Red Hot Chili Peppers-Give It Away, Sound Garden-Spoonman, Nirvana-Smells Like Teen Spirit and the OLDIE, Jimi Hendrix-Are You Experienced.

Sorry it's more than two and all popular, no sleepers, but that makes me feel old that those are all classics now, and on an Atari system, the last one and a so-called "next gen" system that is now a SLEEPER classic.

Even the term "next gen" was coined then, including the Jaguar, 3DO, 32x, Saturn, Playstation and N64, the first generation to have built-in, true 3D capabilities to one extent or another. The first generation to make the true leap from 2D gaming to 3D gaming common today, a revolution that is now "classic."

"Slugs, he created slugs?...Is this not the work of a complete incompetent? I would have started with Lasers, 8 o'clock, day one."-Evil (Time Bandits)

"...burn the land and boil the sea, but you can't take the sky from me..."-theme song (Firefly)

"I try to respect him, I really, really do, but he's just such a Smeg-head."-Lister (about Rimmer, Red Dwarf)
