It will fit any C64.  It plugs into the disk drive socket, and then has a separate plug for power.  It works on VIC-20 and C128 too.

Like I said, if you get one...I can hook you up with an image that has the fastloader and my favorite ROM files.

where did the sound go?  i mean i haven't hooked this thing up for since i hooked it up in 1988

Power cable into right side of the machine.  Video cable in the back.  Monitor on....computer on....cross fingers.  That's all there is to it.

Can you explain what your AV cable out of the C64 looks like?  Is it a single wire?  Or is it the Yellow/White/Red composite setup?  There's a few different ways you can hook it up, so I need to know what your cable looks like.

Ah yes....I didn't understand you were missing that cable.  I have a homemade one for sale/trade if you are interested.  I can beat that ebay price for sure.

As a temporary solution, you can just use a standard RF cable that goes into a screw-in antenna RF adapter.  If you have no idea what I'm talking about...just go ahead and get a cable as you've linked above.

Here is the one I have.  I don't remember what I paid for mine, but I got it several years ago.  It works great.

Might wanna look into Atarimax products. I  have flashcarts for Atari5200 and ColecoVision by them though I know nothing of this particular product I have seen people praise them.

There are a lot more options, with better prices for the Atari computers.  Also much easier to use.  Just do a Google search for "SIO2USB", "SIO2SD", "SIO2PC".

I use an SIO2PC cable, which is a very inexpensive option.  The idea here is that a PC can be used as a hard drive for the Atari.  I use an old junky laptop running Windows XP.  On the PC, you run software in which you pick the disk image to load.  Then you boot the Atari and it loads it...as if it were a real floppy drive.

I should probably do up a blog post about how this works if people are interested.

I have yet to order the cable yet... I will... I been upgrading my rig for the new upcoming editing season.

I'd love to get one of those c64 shell builds i've seen and build an editing computer out of that just to see the look on my clients faces lol

Have a great day everyone!
