Your Grandpa's computer

Check this out.  A Toshiba 486-based Windows 3.11 laptop computer!  It works -- booted right up and is surprisingly zippy.  I don't know how to get the exact specs...but I suspect this was a very high end laptop back in the 90's.  It weighs somewhere between 5 and 10 lbs.  And I have no idea what I'm going to do with it.

It's crazy to realize just how bloated operating systems have become and the requirements just to have them run fast like this old 3.11 laptop.

I remember being in grade school when these were top of the line laptops and they cost $2,000. We had someone come in and demonstrate one during class and I was just in awe, remembering how badly I want one. Use it to jump into DOS and flash an Atari Jaguar flash cart if you have one - that's what I used an old one for until I sold it.
