Both of these were by Nolan Bushnell, were they not?

 

I've never owned either product, but do recal UK Magazine The Games Machine covering both in articles at 1 point.

 

Any ex/current owners on here?.

Yes! Techforce and PetSter toys were done through Nolan Bushnell's toy company Axlon, which also made AG Bear and developed some games for Atari systems. AG Bear was developed by former Atari engineer Ron Milner. Nolan discusses Axlon Techforce, PetSter, and A.G. Bear in the video below at around the 15:40 mark.
