Ballblaɀer's trading ɀone

I decided to follow StormSurge's lead and put my trade list into a separate post, mainly so I can bump with major updates.

My trade and want lists are both now available at this link (see the two sheet tabs at the bottom left to switch between them).

I'm more than happy to provide photos of anything.  Most game labels are in good condition or better, but please feel free to inquire about anything.  If there's something I have that you need for your collection, but you don't have something to trade, make me an offer I can't refuse!

Oh, Sorcerer's totally a Fantasy title.  When I play Sorcerer I fantasize about playing just about any other game.

A quick note to all -- the majority of my want list is uncommon titles, at this point.  Don't let that dissuade you from trying to set up a trade!  Send me a trade list or make me an offer if there's something I have that you want for your collection, and we'll see if we can't work something out.

Yeah I don't see anything on your want list that I have right now, but I can peek around at Retropalooza and see if I can come up with something.

Do you collect for any other systems besides 2600?

2600 - still a ways to go

5200 - close to being finished

Vectrex - only looking for overlays at the moment

PS3 - haven't yet made a want-list, but I will

I'm also in the market for:

- 2600/5200 manuals I don't have

- label upgrades for some 2600/5200 games

- unusual stuff in general

I'll post again when I've made my manuals, upgrades, and PS3 lists.

Bump for a pretty sizable update to my trade list (first post in this thread).  New items are in blue, including a few fairly rare carts.  My want list is also updated, so have a look!

I just received two eBay lots that turned out to be far more than I bargained for. -- details in an upcoming post!

Everything listed for trade is also potentially for sale, so feel free to make a reasonable offer on anything...

Certainly.  I'm also looking for loose Atari manuals (haven't yet made a list, but there's a lot of them) and some PS3 games.  And if you still have that 3D Tic-Tac-Toe picture label (from the long trading thread), can I get a better look at it?  Send me a PM when you have a chance...

Backgammon, Missile Command, and Night Driver CIB are sold.  All others are still available for trade or sale.  Don't pay eBay prices when you can pay BBay prices!  ;)

Take a look at your Atari 2600 picture label carts -- I'm looking for a number of Atari Corp carts that look almost identical to the 1978-1981 "regular" releases.  I'm willing to trade 2:1 or better for some of these...

Some recent additions to my trade/sales list include:

Atari 2600

California Games

Masters of the Universe: He-Man

Reactor (trade pending!)

Submarine Commander

Atari 5200

Ballblazer

Dig Dug

Other stuff

Various PC games -- inquire if interested

One I haven't reviewed yet! If it works and if you ever see something on my trade list you want in the same ballpark, let me know!

Following up on the Plug & Plays...

Space Invaders P&P powers on but outputs a vertical yellow line 3/4 of the way across my TV screen.  I'm not positive, but this may just be an artifact caused by use with my HDTV (based on the way the game graphics cause shadows on it and otherwise "interact" with it).  The joystick has some difficulty with going left -- it works intermittently -- but is otherwise fine.  Possibly an easy fix.  NSG, I've set it aside for you in case you still want it.

Sega Genesis P&P works great.  Its battery compartment had a little dried battery corrosion that I cleaned up with white vinegar.  Made it through Casino Night Zone 2 on my first Sonic 2 playthrough -- not too shabby after having not played it in probably 10+ years!  Love the music in that game.

Namco Pac-Man P&P works, but again there's a joystick issue (going to the right can be difficult).  The label on the front of the P&P is sliced open where the top and bottom half meet, so I wonder if someone didn't try to open it up and fix it before.  Rally-X is awesome.  Never played Bosconian before -- seems cool.

tl;dr -- they all work, the joysticks aren't perfect but may be repairable.

Well, since I'm not as skilled as Rick on repairs, I will have to pass. But thanks anyways!
