Intellivision flashback consoles on the second hand Market.

Since I don't have an Intellivision, and games for it, I am just going to donate mine. Paying it forward so to speak. Besides, I need the space for any future SMS games I plan to get. I'm also seriously considering parting with the TI and VIS collection for the same reasons RickR has mentioned...I don't use them and really have no history with them. They are cool but just not my cup of tea. And as much as I like the 32" TV I have it has been nothing but a burden. It is on a floor with machines connected to it. Great picture, awesome sound, but I can't find a stand to support its weight. I found another 20" that would be more manageable. Going to try to simply do a trade on the TVs.

I agree...it is crazy just how much those flashbacks are going for. I wonder if the same thing will happen with the coins McDonald's is giving out to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Big Mac?

But are they SELLING at those prices? Listing prices are always crazy but actual selling prices are often a different story.

Mine is still practically new in box, I got it because I wanted to try more games and have an INTVII but never added much more to the collection. It seems OK (I don't have a lot of Intellivision experience) I think the emulation overall was better than Colecovision Flashback but ultimately I was disappointed with both as they did NOT have out of the box backwards compatibility with original controllers (it was planned but scraped to rush to market) I MIGHT end up listing my own one day if in fact they are going for a lot, or maybe I will continue being a lazy ass and just hang on to it or perhaps get around to doing more videos about it lol.

Yeah, man, they are selling at prices between $50 and $100.  Just search and then click the "sold listings" checkbox.... I'd probably keep mine if the box was smaller.  But the giant box takes up more space than it should.  Add the fact that I don't play it....

If the INTV one sells, the ColecoVision one I have won't be far behind.  For whatever reason, I'm very much in a downsizing mode right now.  And like you said, the emulation isn't quite right on that one.

Ah OK, well I am in Canada and had to order from like Toy'sR Us if I recall so between the exchange and delivery etc I felt I overpaid at the time anyways, might as well keep it, AT LEAST until I get some use out of it.

I'm also about to sell off the more rare games from my Intellivision collection.  Don't know if anyone here would be interested.  But if so, contact me.  My prices will be pricecharting minus 20%

You know I'm interested. I'm working on a complete INTV collection.

Whoa... I finally own a valuable piece of gaming history. I feel incredibly lucky, and I plan to hold onto mine. I only wish I had managed to get the pack of extra controller overlays.

EDIT: I finally hit 1,000 posts!

Umm..

You can still order the extra overlays from intellivision productions. I just received mine last month so...yeah these are back in stock and I'd suggest getting them while you can?

I too would be interested in some more games for my intelly collection, but I'm getting to the point where I need to really expensive ones now and with my LTO I've just not had much motivation to go after those rarer titles LOL!

I got mine in the first run for $14.99 back in Jan 2015...... I wonder what the console and (the first run) supplemental overlay pack are worth compared to those other "console only" 's on eBay??
