RickR
I made two, and they work! I used a Goodwill AV Cable (cut in half), and two 5-pin DIN connectors from ebay (about $5). It took a little bit of prep work, and some careful soldering....and BOOM. These will work with TI, Atari, or Commodore computers.

RickR
Here are the instructions I used: http://www.instructables.com/id/DIY-TI-994a-Composite-Video-Cable/ The only change I would suggest is to buy DIN connectors that have a metal hood, and that screw together. The plastic covered ones are too fragile.
