Looks like they shrugged when they saw Vectrex games and said, "I dunno, guess it's Atari."   

 

Makes the lot actually somewhat interesting since most of the Atari stuff is pretty common.

Though Scramble and Rip Off are pretty common in the Vectrex world too.
