Altirra is probably the best Atari 8bit emulator out there

Atari 800 Win is still a very good and competent Atari 8bit emulator

When you download emulators, you need to have the BIOS for some of them.

 

Here's the whole collection and BIOS for every computer and console ever made (i belive)
