What's that rubber piece called that sits below the handle on the joystick? I need a new one. Are there any instructions posted as to how to replace this part?

Joystick Rubber Boot

as its listed on the Best Electronics website  http://www.best-electronics-ca.com/5200.htm

Alright I figured it out.

Put vice grips on the metal pole of the joystick then twist the plastic handle off.

Take small flathead and pry off retaining ring holding in rubber boot. Rubber boot will then come right out.

So as of now I have 3 working 5200 controllers. This third one by taking parts of two controllers to make one.
