    Storms Giveaway 2 Haul!!!

Awesome stuff, Creeper! That memory card is a 251...it will hold lots of stuff. I'm using a 59 block memory card which Animal Crossing hogs the whole thing. Depending on the kinds of games you like to play GameCube has some decent titles. I'd keep an eye out for Metroid Prime, F-Zero (Sega made it!), and for a relaxing game, if you come across it, keep an eye out for Harvest Moon Magical Melody. You can do a lot in that game at your own pace. Need for Speed Most Wanted is not bad but the graphics look too Playstation-ish for my tastes. NFS Carbon rocks on that console! Let's see, that's an adventure game, racing games, strategy game...you need something arcade-ish. I believe Namco did a museum compilation for it. Platforms? I have not played any of the Mario games except for Paper Mario which was really cool. Zelda, of course, is on that console in many flavors. You might find the Intellivision Lives compilation on that system as well. Super Monkey Ball is odd but fun but I would recommend the Super Monkey Ball 2. It has more mini-games on it. If you can't find any local their are online options at least. GameCube games, however, are rising in value so any you find in the wild fairly cheap I would grab them up even if it would give you a duplicate or two. Duplicates you can use to trade or sell to help advance your GC collection. And those controllers, if they are original Nintendo GC controllers, are hard to destroy. It's OK StormSurge. It would be hard to do notes for all of them. I still have the notes you sent me when I modded your VCS. They are in a lock box to stay safe. Mine should be here on Monday (fingers crossed) provided Missouri doesn't get washed off the freakin' map.

Thanks Creep! I'm glad it showed up safely! Apologies to everyone who didn't get a note. I packed Creep's box first with the intentions of putting a note in all of the boxes, but that obviously didn't happen. ๐Ÿ˜” (I just wanted to get them out as soon as possible.)

    Advent VideoBeam 1000 projector

Who remembers these 70's projection TV's that had three big lenses (red, blue, green)? The thing that really makes me curious is why we don't ever see these in anyone's retro collection. Wouldn't it be cool to play old Atari systems on a projector from that era? I remember these very clearly from the video stores at the mall in the 70's and 80's. As I recall, the demo units were kept in dark rooms. They looked great in a dark environment.

    ATARI I/O SUMMER PIZZA FESTIVAL!

Well, I don't have gear to capture or live feed anything in the 8-bit range...nor anything to capture HDMI output...but maybe I can get the wife to agree to a live feed of us playing Borderlands or Borderlands 2 with me on the 360 and her on the XBOX One. We found a loop hole in XBOX's Live service where one of us can have gold and play multiplayer on two different XBOX consoles. That might be possible. I just know while we are playing we might not be able to keep an eye on any live chat questions or anything. That might be doable if she is comfortable enough to do it.

    JagDuo PCB discovered...

It would've been cool if Atari added extra memory to the CD unit for the Jaguar... Also I was looking at the "Motorola 68881 FPU" and thought it a nice addition to the CD unit. If you look at the "Sega CD" it had added features like a faster 68000 with hardware to support scaling and rotating. Being that the Jags 68K and DSP are the only processors to have full access memory, every little resource would've helped. Is it possible to use the 68881 to control a CD unit...? Just a geek having fun with ideas, that's all. ๐Ÿ˜‰

    JagDuo PCB discovered...

Seems like a good idea... Even with the Jag as it currently stands I often thought about the back ports on the current Jag adding some memory through those ports... To my understanding I think the DSP would be the only processor to have such access to something like that. The GPU OP probably wouldn't allow any access to any extra memory from the back unless my understanding of the Jaguar is flawed. The GPU back port is meant to display images only via the video chip receiving images from the OP; haven't find any documents to dispute those facts, which is shame for the GPU not to have access to extra memory without a workaround that's taxing to the system.
