Justin got a reaction from RobertLM78 in I miss old Nick-at-Nite 🌛 and listening to it on late summer nights while I play SNES
@RobertLM78 Enjoy! If you like Cannon, you may want to check out Barnaby Jones. The two shows exist in the same "universe". The first episode of Barnaby Jones, "Requiem for a Son", featured a crossover with Cannon, with William Conrad guest-starring as detective Frank Cannon. There was another crossover between the two programs in the 1975 two-part episode "The Deadly Conspiracy". Worth checking out for a Cannon fan!

@RobertLM78 There were a lot of QM shows that were popular on TV in the '70s, and later on as reruns in the '80s and '90s. QM Productions included The Fugitive, The F.B.I., Cannon, The Streets of San Francisco, and Barnaby Jones to name a few. I always think of the QM logo and tone at the end of their shows. It changed over the years but this is the one that stands out in my mind:

Interesting - I hadn't made the connection - all his shows were a bit before my time, though I was already familiar with The Fugitive - and caught myself watching that one a few times now too. The titles Twelve o' Clock High and Barnaby Jones seem to ring a bell, now that I look at QM's filmography.
But yeah, Cannon is a good show, he plays a real cool character - always collected. Reminds me a bit of Mannix in that regard.

@RobertLM78 I loved all those classic Quinn Martin tv shows. If I ever buy a boat I'd want to christen it "Land Yacht of the Sea" ⛵️

I think this is new. My guess is it's a way to engage younger gamers.
I just hope that the Atari formulation takes into consideration the dietary restrictions of the 45+ set. How does GFUEL interact with my bp meds?

I suspect HuCards could be cleaned up and made functional again but best to avoid this altogether. I’ve upgraded my HuCards with brand new plastic sleeves available from PCE Works: https://pceworks.wordpress.com/2018/05/25/hucard-sleeves/

Justin got a reaction from Funkmaster V in It's a Christmas Miracle! Funkmaster V reviews Food Fight- Culinary Combat for the At
This review is spot-on. Looks like a fun time, but hard to compete with Splatoon, etc. Atari to me is about 2-D gaming and I would love a "Food Fight: RECHARGED" if they released one. The characters and gameplay seem cute, and they seem invested in the World of Atari. Worst aspect in my opinion is Atari's continuing down the path of turning Bentley Bear into a nasty grump with a chip on his shoulder - seems totally out of character and doesn't work at all for a mascot Where's "Crystal Castles: RECHARGED"? Enjoyed your review @Funkmaster V, hope you have a wonderful Christmas and an awesome New Year.
