Just an update, no one updated this post since June 2015 and these guys are still going strong and seem to be increasing the scam.
After getting approached by a rep @ a meetup for game developers, a smooth talker mentioned they were looking for game developers and wanted to see who was interested. I investigated and found nothing at first just this post (and I thought and hoped you guys were wrong [i'm looking for work]), but was suspicious of all of the pics and no new games were released, so I google image searched the pics by clipping portions of the pictures and found all that I needed. So when I commented on their Instagram picture, they just blocked me LOL. So I figured I would write my comment here because they can't delete it.
So here is just some of what I found...
Thanks to Google Image search, I found that they fake their games promos, all but the Duck Boy Adventures and the stop smoking apps. I give them credit, they have a good photoshop person and came up with cool game names Cyber Slacker, Roof Hoppers, Meet Jack, The Squad (supposed to be release on Aug 10th - but a No Show) is really screen scrapes of a game called Island Defenders (the fourth screen capture on https://www.alawar.com/game/islands-defense/ is the left side of their promo) and is free to play online.
Their cool looking game, Technika 808 is really called a character called Skull Bunny, created by a guy in Brazil, just inverted on the vertical axis and smoke added to the cigar:
here are some other sites they took images from:

Their promo material is fake too.

So in the end you were all correct, I'm still jobless, but I didn't get scammed. I hope no one else gets scammed and finds this post. I'm not sure how Atari (www.atari.com) will do about this fake company using their name and logo & TM.
