  1. Recently there was Framing John DeLorean the documentary biopic with Alec Baldwin. This one seems more a fantasy based around the people and events. Cool that Lee Pace is playing DeLorean though. Driven (2018) R | 1h 48min | Biography, Drama, Thriller |

I no longer own a Amiga CD32, but would love to own ANYTHING AMIGA,however that is unlikely at this point as well. ๐Ÿ˜ขOddly, I DO own 3DO and CD-i consoles...because the world is cruel. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜œ

So why CD32, 3DO and CD-i but no room for Jaguar?

Not about room, well not just about room, it just turned out that way while I was still actively collecting, at this point I could say the same about many consoles / handhelds / computers. ๐Ÿ˜‰When I still HAD a CD32 it was because of my love for Commodore /Amiga, CD-i & 3DO because I happened upon great deals and I was curious since I never had much exposure to them. I never came upon a Jaguar let alone a good deal on one while I was actively collecting so at this point with no funds left for my hobby while out of space long ago (lately I am contributing more to our electronics recycling bin ๐Ÿ˜œ)ย it just seems so unlikely, on top of the fact Jag stuff seems to go for a premium now, the few games I might be interested in just don't warrant it. To be clear, I am not "hating" on the Jag, I just literally come to terms with he fact I will likely never own one and I have accepted that, which is all I was trying to convey with my original comment ๐Ÿบ

  4. I don't THINK I ever shared these here? If so delete but I was just reliving some memories and thought some might get a kick out of these shots. Back when we got married in Vegas of course we HAD to check out the Star Trek Vegas show. KAPLAAAAA!!!
  5. Rambling on about silly comics I made 35+ years ago. Rambling on about silly comics I made 35+ years ago. I was not going to post originally as it did not come out as well as I had hoped and I did not feel spending the time to do it over, so I been sitting on it for weeks, I WAS going to upload unlisted just to share privately but I decided %!#$& it, since I don't do many videos anymore I give people the choice to watch or not, anyway here is the video along with the title and description - ๐Ÿ˜†Rambling on about silly comics I made 35+ years ago. ๐ŸปMy old friend TONY sent me some comics I made with friends from 1982, so I would have been 13. Crazy stuff, I was not very good but see my reaction to reliving the memories and fun I have telling stories about these comics and art I made so long ago. Just reliving some memories, having some laughs, nothing serious here, mostly posted for my friends and family so don't feel obligated to sit through it all! BUT if you have nothing better to do and are interested in my silly little stories, throw it on and have a laugh. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

  9. True Story, back in the day I rented from a store that had an amazing selection of games, I rented Tengen Tetris one day, loved it, a week later I returned to rent it again, I could not find it, I asked the clerk, he said pointed to the Nintendo Tetris, I was thrown off at first and said "Er, no, I don't think that is the one, the one I rented was not made by Nintendo". Long story short, he denied they had, OR EVER HAD any other version, even me clearly stating you DID because I rented it, he was trying (for some reason) to cover so hard "Are you sure it was HERE you rented it?", he absolutely would not budge on it, insisted they never had any other version so I just dropped it. Only years later, when I would come to read articles and info in magazines etc, would I learn the story of TENGEN TETRIS and TENGEN themselves, now I still do not know WHY exactly this occurred, maybe the clerk bought (or stole?) the TENGEN version because he had learned that TENGEN would have to pull sales? Maybe the store was ordered to PULL the game off their shelf? But in either of those cases WHY claim they NEVER had it in the first place? So whatever the reason I can only suspect wrong doing on the clerk or store managers part because of their behavior acting like they were never in possession of the game, like it was some highly illegal item like plutonium or something ๐Ÿ˜œ. Anyways, carry on, was not my intention to disrupt this thread but all this talk about TETRIS, OFFICIAL, TENGEN etc, just brought back that silly memory that comes back whenever I hear the TENGEN name lol. FEEL FREE TO MOVE THIS to OFF TOPIC or perhaps WEIRD STORIES under CLASSIC GAMING or something.......CARRY ON GUYS. ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿป

  14. I will reply by pasting just what i said to some friends in Messenger as well in Facebook, keep in mind I was a HUGE fan of the original and pretty much seen every episode and some multiple times: I kept expectations low and really tried to like...we watched the first 6 episodes but NOPE....the new Jordan Peele Twilight Zone....not doing it for me, too hit or miss and really they are mostly just modern takes on the same old stories only not as good.... Maybe for a modern generation who is unfamiliar with the source material it can be enjoyed more, I don't know, I was hoping / expecting more originality, I am all for fan service and even appreciate it and no they are not the exact same stories but being the huge fan I am of Serling's original tales having seen each episode more than once I definitely could read between the lines and see the episode they were reflecting in each new episode for the most part. I didn't expect Peele or really anyone to have the presence for the short host segments at the start / finish of every episode but I had hoped the episodes themselves to be more entertaining, again maybe it is more enjoyable for those unfamiliar with the original but I suspect long time true fans will not see this as a worthy successor or tribute, I would personally rather have watched pretty much any given original episode over any of these new ones. But I truly wanted to give it a fair shake before voicing an opinion, since each episode is pretty much self contained I think 6 episodes is a fair shake.
  15. Honestly, I was not sure where to post this, being a retro inspired platforming game but for Windows only. If Justin or anyone feels it should be in a specific category please feel free to move. Came across this post showing a video playing of this interesting looking game. Here's the video to judge for yourself along with a link to the page to download the windows game and artwork etc. https://www.locomalito.com/darkula.php
  16. If it's software emulation and not hardware emulation, it will dump the rom into an emulator. This will make it incompatible with flash cards, EverDrives etc, in which case I'll stick with my original console or emulation. Hopefully, at sometime in the future this will improve . 17. WOW that's cool. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ‘
  18. Cooters was awesome! Better than I expected, planning to upload a video about it once we return home. Checking out the mall tommorrow, highlights have been downtown, Fleet street brirish pub, Woolworth on 5th (location of historic sit in by black college students for civil rights) and BB kings blues club! LOVED NASHVILLE and was my personal first exposure to southern hospitality. Sadly our week is up soon and we leave early Sat morning to head back home.
  19. Checking out yet another arcade in my travels. This time while staying at Opryland Resort in Nashville I stumbled across this tiny, empty and mostly ignored little ARCADE. Check it out with me.
  20. Honestly, up earlier than I expected after enjoying BB King's blues club downtown last night. But, all up and ready to check out the resort today and likely head over to Cooters a.k.a. the Duke of hazard Museum. Yee Haaaaw! ย ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿบ๐Ÿ˜Ž
