RIP - James Lipton, who plumbed the dramatic arts through perceptive, mostly admiring interviews with celebrity actors as host of the Bravo television series “Inside the Actors Studio,” died on Monday at his home in Manhattan. He was 93.
The cause was bladder cancer, his wife, Kedakai Mercedes Lipton, said.

Sy Sperling, the founder of Hair Club for Men, who coined the once-ubiquitous tagline "I'm not only the Hair Club president but I'm also a client,” died Wednesday, his family said. He was 78.
Sperling passed away "after a lengthy illness," in Boca Raton, Florida, according to a statement from his family. After retiring in 2000, the New York businessman spent winters in Boca Raton and summers in Vancouver.

It is funny how often I forget to fire up MAME to compare the arcade version of home ports, soooo many great arcade classics at our disposal in MAME. It is always interesting to see how different the original arcade version is since those were typically designed to challenge you to keep trying while consuming your coins and so home versions though maybe not always comparable graphically sometimes made up for it with additional features. I will definitely check out the link you mentioned. All these arcade games at my disposal, literally thousands so no matter how many times I fire it up even after all these years there is always something new to check out or great classics to re-experience. Puzzle, side scrolling shooters, racing, fighting, obscure Japanese and even clone and knock off games, though I COULD do without all the Mahjong titles I don't need.

yeah works great with my xbox 360 controller but I have not been good configuring stuff like race games that require a wheel or paddle games etc.

FINALLY after like a year, cut my hair....I didn't go anywhere, got nice Remington hair clippers, didn't even use an attachment, did it all myself with the bare clippers right down, all even, took like maybe 10 minutes?
OMG FEELS SOOOO MUCH BETTER! ALL THAT HAIR fit in a single little sandwich baggy, funny how hair compresses like that. Now that I have the clippers though I do not plan to EVER let it get that long again! My wife loves my hair like this.....she says Hi....

Julian Sands, a British actor best known for his roles in films like the 1985 drama “A Room With a View” and the 1989 horror entry “Warlock,” was reported missing at about 7:30 p.m. last Friday, Jan. 13. Sands had been hiking in the Baldy Bowl hiking area, approximately 50 miles northeast of Los Angeles.
According to a representative for the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, ground crews responded and began searching the area soon after the 65-year-old Sands was reported missing. However, parties had to be pulled Saturday evening, after roughly 24 hours of searching, due to avalanche risks and trail conditions.
Sands is known to be an enthusiastic mountaineer. “I love climbing mountains, I’ve spent a lot of time in the Alps over the years, a lot of time in the Andes, Alaska and the American ranges,” Sands told ThriveGlobal in 2020.

Sitting at the mall waiting for my wife to pick me up, just finished diabetic blood work I do every three months, I’d walk but having problems with my Achilles tendon again dammit. Limping like a mofo 😜🤷🏼♂️.
