  1. Dinner at Montana’s, yeah, it’s a chain, but you can never go wrong, and we never leave unsatisfied. Montana's BBQ (1500 Banks Rd, Unit 400, Kelowna, BC, Canada)
  2. JOLLY-JOSEPH Razzle-Dazzle at your service.
  3. Indeed I was watching it earlier in fact. This channel was previously LinuxFanMan (Bill Hafenrichter), we converse often as I was subbed to him for years as well he is in my Facebook Classic Gaming & Computing (and modern) Group. 😁 https://www.facebook.com/groups/maximumrdclassic
  4. The fun is back... well, it never left for many of us but this Atari 2600+ might bring in more admirers of the Atari platform. Nice HDMI direct connection with widescreen mode and plays 2600 and 7800 games. See what I found inside the physical system. 00:00 - Intro 00:26 - Opening the 2600+ 02:10 - Close Look Inside the 2600+ 04:36 - Playing 10 Games in 1 06:25 - Playing Original 2600 Pitfall 07:23 - Playing 7800 Food Fight 08:02 - Recap
  5. Yeah, any modern gaming I do is mostly on PC. My "newest" console is PS3 I think. But yeah with a decent PC I never felt I required any more modern gaming that would justify a newer console. And @RickR, oh hell yeah you summed it up perfectly, just not a priority, might be in a perfect world but damn if I don't always feel I should be doing something more productive anytime I even think about gaming. The only time I get is after my wife goes to bed and even then only if I would rather not be watching YouTube, catching up on a movie or series, interacting in forums etc.
  6. Just an FYI in relation to the info you provided regarding flashcards, if you use Dev Mode to load a single game onto the HArmony it will be recognized and loaded of course because at that point the Harmony is simply acting like a single game cartridge.
  7. You picked the ONE title I have yet to even start, I avoided it for years with all the negative talk but picked it up recently after hearing how much it has improved, watching some gameplay videos etc. Not sure when I will get to it. I just started THE INVINCIBLE, I think I like it, it won't be for everyone, it's from a book I've not read but the art style and atmosphere are cool, it's a pretty laid-back game compared to the others, not really open world as it seems to be a lot of walking and scripted events but I don't mind.
  8. Taste the rainbo.....er maybe not......
  9. Obviously, I am a huge retro games player whether for nostalgia or just reliving classics or discovering new ones for the first time I may of missed out on BUT.... When my mind is not dwelling on a million other things or I am not doing something else and I can take a moment to escape THESE are some of the more modern games I've dipped my toes into over the past little while, not listed of course emulation, game DEMOS and Indie games etc. 🤷‍♂️🎮 Sure by now some younger people might certainly consider even some of these "CLASSICS" so I guess we are talking games long after the 8-16-32 bit era 😝 What about you all? Have you enjoyed any "modern" titles lately? 🤔
  10. OF COURSE besides the default, there are the Super Action controllers. Someone once sent me this and I had no knowledge beforehand. Mine is for ColecoVision specifically but works with other 9-pin inputs. JOY-SENSOR by SUNCOM. There were versions for different consoles. Excuse the dust, it's been sitting in the closet, takes some getting used to but I kind of like it.
  11. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUSTIN !!!! 😮🎊🎂🥂🎉

  12. I saw the plus 4 OR C16 in person, were they U only? Also, I thought those machines were both cost-cutting alternatives to the C64. Yeah maybe pointless overall but I have to say O love the colororing of the C16 over the Biege 64. But again I am not too knowledgeable of those machines.
