175,986, after many, many tries last night.
I couldn't figure out why my first run felt so "off"... seemed like things were going too well for being so out of practice.  Turned out, I had mistakenly enabled Zen Mode 😅

I just looked up the producers and both are keeping themselves busy. They have worked on Top Chef among other shows, and will have a new show debuting this year called "Chrissy and Dave Dine Out" on Freeform:

Atari has announced the development of a limited series documentary about the 50 year history of the company/brand.
...today announced the company has partnered with Emmy-winning producers Dan Cutforth and Jane Lipsitz of Alfred Street Industries to produce and direct a limited documentary series. The series, tentatively titled Game Changers: The Story of Atari, will present Atari’s definitive history and anticipated future.

We do the same thing in that we use the local cable company (Spectrum) for Internet (which is never as fast as they claim; it's never their fault as they will blame a customer's modem and/or router every time). We're on a hybrid schedule and we can get work completed and videoconference with no issues...until Spectrum will inadverntently drop out.
We also went from DirecTV to DirecTV Stream several years ago in order to cut that bill by 50%. We lost KTLA (local) when we made the switch, but KTLA was added to their streaming service about two months ago. DirecTV Stream is OK at best. Their app has gone downhill slowly and they switched to an interface similar to that of Hula & Netflix. The problem is that it's become more difficult to navigate, especially when we simply want to watch TV.
In addition, we've fallen prey to various streaming services lol. We've had Prime Video, Netflix & Hulu for some time now, but we've subscribed to Peacock, Disney+, and Starz. (We jumped on introductory discounts, but have since dropped Disney+.) We also get Max for free but it sucks now.
I also use a streaming service called Kanopy which is a good, free service. You simply create an account and link your library card and you can choose from hundreds of films. Nothing first run, but plenty of indie & foreign films which I find to be a nice change of pace.
Our viewing habits vary from guilty pleasures to game shows. We started watching Family Feud reruns on Game Show Network for no reason lol.

My final entry: 111,810. It turns out this game rolls over at 1 million. I burned off my remaining lives after surpassing the TG and Lvl Up Score records held by ZilchSr.
It helps immensely to shoot the enemies diagonally whenever possible since they cannot shoot diagonally. So you can dodge their fire - even up close - while picking them off.

I didn't record this run because I had played like garbage earlier this evening, but that's fine. I stopped at 99,710 because I was getting tired and I'm pretty sure the score rolls over at 100,000. Maybe I'll record another day & go for a rollover. Maybe not lol. Oh, I played on Stella 6.7 for Mac OS and it's the 2600 Berzerk, Game 3.
