Bought a pretty expensive European DS game off Ebay from a seller with a very good reputation. Took awhile to get here, but when it did, the game flat-out refuses to load on my 3DS. I've tried everything, but nothing seems to be working. I left the seller bad feedback on Ebay, but not really sure what else to do. It's a legit DS game, not a repro or counterfeit. Maybe it needs a deep cleaning? I've never had this happen before.

Curious, when you say does not load do you mean when you power on there is literally no response as if a cart was not inserted or it it just a blank black screen? Just wondering, I don't own a 3DS. I considered what Rick said but I am not finding that in searches unless I am misunderstanding seems Euro DS games should work on North American 3DS? The 3DS is region locked but apparently original DS games are NOT so apparently they run? Again, I cannot confirm this. But this video shows 3 regions of DS games on a North American 3DS.

Oh, I thought it t was a 3ds game. DS games are not region locked. My mistake.
