Has anyone else ever done Couch to 5K? The jump from Week 3 to Week 4 is brutal! (I did this a couple of years ago but I forgot about this.)

No, but sounds interesting. My metabolism has really slowed down at age 50. I've been exercising more and more, and that really helps to feel good and healthy for me.

It definitely works & as long as my knees hold up and I can continue to the end, it's a great way to fend off the creeping waistline.

I'll check that out. I really like riding a bike, so that's what I've been doing. Weights and stationary bike every weekday morning, then a real bike when time and weather permit.
