  1. You guys seen this? Here's an article https://www.videogameschronicle.com/news/the-lego-arari-2600-will-include-cartridges-that-can-be-turned-into-vignettes/ And a cool video on the Instagrams... https://www.instagram.com/tv/CgMeLlZpxj3/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
  2. I forgot to post my score! 😭 I was happy too because bit was my first time beating it too as well. I died on the 2nd loop. Oh well. Still had fun with it tho!
  3. Looking for one for my Vader console which I thought I had but dont know what it did with it! Anyone have an extra? Please let me know if you do and how much. Thank you!
  4. Yup! Even the bottom of the console looks pretty clean too. I haven't even looked at it until now.
  5. Funny thing... I just got this in from Japan yesterday! The eBay listing I got it from stated that the pictures used were the general representation on what I would receive. And looking at the pictures it looked kind of dirty and a little bit scratched. The one I got looks almost brand new and appears that the second clear controller has never been used!
  6. Digging up an old thread here, but seeing this brought back some memories. The 1st thing I bought on eBay were tickets to go see Radiohead in Santa Barbara on 6/30/2001 Those who are familiar with their music, here's the setlist. Setlist The National Anthem Airbag Morning Bell Karma Police Packt Like Sardines in a Crushd Tin Box Bullet Proof..I Wish I Was (1 False start) Talk Show Host Climbing Up the Walls No Surprises Dollars and Cents Street Spirit (Fade Out) I Might Be Wrong Pyramid Song Paranoid Android Idioteque Everything in Its Right Place Encore: True Love Waits (Thom acoustic) Lucky Pearly* You and Whose Army? How to Disappear Completely Encore 2: Cinnamon Girl (Neil Young & Crazy Horse cover) Fake Plastic Trees It was the 1st time I saw Radiohead and it was a life changing experience. I went in just as a super casual fan. Only went because I love going to shows and I went with my brother. They pretty much became my favorite band pretty much after witnessing this show. It's a show I'll never forget.
  7. Hey all remember this thread? Haha. Got me some new gear since I last posted here. Got me a couple new MusicMan basses both sound amazing! And put together this Candy Apple Red Fender Stratocaster! Here it is before I put it together! It was a fun project!
  8. I really feel that the reward vastly outweighs the risk by a country mile. It's definitely worth the shot. You lay the domes just right, You'll have yourself an amazing responsive controller.
  9. I am not all concerned about the corners cutting into the flex circuit. If you look closely at the domes which I actually did get from console5.com, there's little lips that are kind of bent at the corners so I figured it wouldn't dig into the flex circuit. Also, instead of the three prong I used the four prong domes due to me thinking that there's less contact with the flex circuit, which means I'm able to spin the dome to avoid exposed traces on the circuit. I actually did get the idea of doing this by seeing the prototype circuit on best electronics website. I just thought to myself, "how and why would that not work?" And the reason why I actually thought of doing this is because I figured there was a cheaper solution compared to buying the gold contact buttons from best electronics . I figured they would work great, but I wasn't too crazy on spending that much money on those things. And I figured that the buttons would still probably feel kind of mushy. The snapdomes come stuck on piece of adhesive strip. However, I felt that adhesive wasn't good enough so I actually use some packing tape to apply all the domes. I've had nothing but great control and responsiveness with the buttons on the controller since doing this.
  10. Yup. They are indeed under the keypad as well. The click when you push a button feels sooooo much better too compared to the mushy feeling from before. And the response is amazing.
  11. I actually put those click dome things under all the buttons. Works amazing. I put this all together about 4 years ago and not once have I had to fix it. Also I love how clicky the buttons are!
  12. Finally found me some Pac-Man scratchers! Guess I'll never know if I'm up to $100,000 richer... I still need to get me the $10 scratcher though.
