  1. Oh and I can't recommend this cart enough!!! It has a TON of great high priced games and a few Famicom exclusives. EBay has them between $15-$25 right now.
  2. Most of mine came from friends. A shop I visited a lot when I was in AZ had them but that was 1 of many. Famicom carts are becoming more common here in the states however due to us importing them. So i guess it would depend on your local market.
  3. I'm sorry I missed this yesterday!!!!!! Happy Birthday Justin!!! Hope you had a FANTASTIC day bro!!!
  4. Looks great bud. I use a paint pen by Testors. Orange # 2625
  5. So I came across this bad boy tonight in a Tweet. Looked it up because I thought the console looked interested. I have heard of Amstrad but seeing I am in the states I do not have much knowledge of them. This console however caught my eye!!!!! I think I am in love. haha Anyone on here have any experience with the GX4000? I would love to know what one of you know first hand and what you think of the unit. From what little I know, it is hard to get your hands on one. I guess they did not selling well due to lack of advertising. The games are expensive but I think I still want one! The console is sexy and the games look nice. Reminds me of a Snow Speeder from Empire Strikes Back. HAHA Thanks guys!!!
  6. ***Strong Language*** Come take a trip with the Creep!!!! I meet up with a member of the atari.io forums, play some great games, and pick up something that to me is EPIC!!!! Thanks as always for watching!!!!
  7. Famicom is such and amazing and fun system to collect for. My advice is to search for bundle lots on eBay. You can generally get a ton of carts for under $50. 3 non North American games I can recommend is Wanpaku Graffiti, Holy Diver and Devil World. All are fun, Holy Diver is HARD though. Congrats on your new adventure!!!!!!
  8. Took an hour trip this morning to check out Pinball Wizard Arcade in Pelham NH. I also got to meet Atari.io member chas10e. The place was HUGE and the selection of games and pinball tables was overwhelming. It will be somewhat featured in my next video if you care to take a peek. I will also place a link to their site below. Last, I want to wish chas10e the best of luck, he is in a pinball tournament there today. It was awesome to meet ya in person!!!!! And thank you again!!!!!! http://www.pinballwizardarcade.com/
  9. HOW DID I KNOW KNOW ABOUT THIS!!!!????? Thanks for posting!!!! Great video!
  10. Wish I could help also. I use my cell phone and an app called KineMaster to edit them. If I need to capture any game play I simply aim the phone at the tv and that's it.
  11. I am a huge Genesis fanboy but I always liked the Mega Drive branding better. Great topic!!!
  12. MAN!!!! I first seen one of these in a movie called Over the Edge. I have since wanted one more than anything. This, a projector and Pink Floyd!
  13. Great topic. And a very late WELCOME bud. I don't have any modern consoles but the semi modern systems I have I always get the retro compilations. Flashback consoles not so much. Space reasons.
  14. I can't say that I have ANYTHING that " inexplicably have woodgrain for no good reason" and this makes me sad. Guess other than my consoles this is the closest thing for now.
  15. That's kind of awesome in a goofy kind of way. I love it!
  16. Thats funny because here in MA Child World was the go to toy store. Toys-R-Us and K.B. were the alternative. Although I remember KB Toys having better GoBots. haha
  17. Oh Cool! I will have to check that out.
  18. Just thought I would share a small/LARGE part of my childhood. Child World (the location pictured below in particular) was the main spot I got all my Star Wars, G.I. Joe and Atari items from. In fact I am almost sure that 90% of all my toys came from there. The place was HUGE! I miss going there, the building is still there and looks the same but is another retail store. The closed all doors in 1993 but I was able to make one more purchase there just before they closed, a Genesis game. (can't remember what title) If you want to know more click on the link. I find it to be interesting. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_World YouTube has a few cool T.V. spots from them too. Thanks all!
  19. A buddy sent this to me knowing that Kaboom is one of my all time favorite games. I am assuming it is a 1 off custom cab. Anyone know anything about it or even better, played one???? Thing looks awesome!
  20. I dont know why not. The Genesis was made with Master System chips to be back compatible.
