It is a really neat system. It needs more original games made for it. Not for the 2600, not for the 7800, but for it as it was made to do. Not that I mind seeing 2600 and 7800 games and homebrews on it...I'd just like to see something original and only available on it. I reached out to Atari via email and told them some suggestions. The response I got was they would pass the ideas along.

I'd buy it in print form. I'd love to have something like this to go along side the VCS.

This game was one of two I spent my first paycheck on when I was 16. I never regretted doing it. It’s a very impressive 2600 pinball game.

I found the track I was referring to. I also won a new car! Let’s see what it won. I love how the cars in GT5 are presented. Time to go win more cars!

Today I thought I would dig into Gran Turismo 5 on the PS3. So far I have not seen a track I thought was in the game that had a huge left curve going downhill and under itself. Maybe I dreamed it? Nevertheless I’m enjoying it but a bit sad that I missed out on its online features. My favorite car so far?

Here’s my score so far. I think I’ve found my favorite VCS game and Recharged game. This one is addictive. 87025 using Modern controller. I may try with the Classic controller.

That game i never heard of before. I plan to send more time on it. But I do consider it one of Atari’s obscure games. It’s a weird game.

I found this by our dumpster a while back but never figured out what to do with it… But tonight I figured it out. I have a few console models where I have duplicate machines. It didn’t take me long to figure out which one I wanted to setup. Tada! Instant Atari fun! And it has small shelves on the sides, too! Although one small shelf was missing. I couldn’t find it but maybe someday I can make one. So the 5200 has a permanent place now along side the Junior model. I only have one 5200 console but it needed a permanent home. I know constantly hooking and removing it every time I wanted to play was not helping it. Ok, enough talk. I’m going to go play Atari today. You should do the same. It’s good for your mental health.

Hmm. That’s one I have a hard time with myself. Any other games you can think of you are having issues with that I might have and can try?

Hey Konami! Release your classic collections on the VCS! I really wish some old school publishers would jump on and put up some VCS offerings. Not in PC mode either.

Odd. The 7800 can be captured through the VCR. The VCS must be converting the signal enough for the HDMI converter to see it. Nice.
