Justin
This is a very interesting long-form in ter view with Jerome Domurat, Atari artist and interface designer responsible for sprite and graphic design on a number of memorable Atari 2600 and Atari 5200 games, unrealized projects, and of course the Atari ST pixel art. Jerome is one of the more unique examples of a Warner Communications-era Atari Inc. employee staying on after the transition, being interviewed by the Tramiels and “hired” to work at Atari Corporation on the Atari ST project. Most Atari Inc. employees were let go, or remained at Coin-Op which was still under Warner ownership. Jerome Domurat continued at Atari Corporation through 1986 before moving on to Apple. Very cool and informative, highly recommended for those interested in game and user interface design: DegasElite
