Sabertooth Posted November 9 Report Posted November 9 (edited) I have been slowly setting up my new home office. I wanted to use a corner to get rid of some plastic bins. I was able to get my boxed 2600, 7800, Evercade, Saturn, Dreamcast, PS1/PS4/PS5 games into an Ikea Billy bookcase with corner brackets. This is 3 individual bookcases to make a corner unit. I didn't have room for Jag/CD, Lynx, 5200, VB or PS3. I might grab another Billy for the Jaguar stuff an another wall. Overall, pretty pleased with the solution. More pics once I bring my TV over from the old place. Edited November 9 by Sabertooth RickR, Lynx_Cader, Justin and 2 others 3 2 Quote
Marco1019 Posted November 9 Report Posted November 9 Great find; that's a lot of storage for one corner. Justin and Sabertooth 2 Quote
sramirez2008 Posted November 9 Report Posted November 9 (edited) They look great! Thanks for sharing. I love the Billy bookcases. I use them in my Atari room too. I also have three of the smaller size. Can’t wait to see your CRT.🙂 Edited November 9 by sramirez2008 RickR, Marco1019, Sabertooth and 2 others 5 Quote

Yeah, you can get 14 standard 2600/7800/5200 games on a shelf. So, 112 per case. You could get more if you stack some behind. That's how I did the Evercade games - 34 per shelf. I almost went with th 93", but felt it would be too big for the room. sramirez2008, DegasElite and Justin 2 1 Quote
Sabertooth Posted November 23 Author Report Posted November 23 The Jaguar bookcase... almost got all of it. Left out GD, Jag Ads, Native and Skunk board. RickR, sramirez2008 and Marco1019 3 Quote
Sabertooth Posted December 3 Author Report Posted December 3 And the Jaguar bookcase with a door insert. I can't decide which I prefer... Insert? Or no Insert? Justin and RickR 2 Quote
RickR Posted December 3 Report Posted December 3 (edited) "With" for when the toddler is in the room. "Without" for all other times 🙂 That is a really tough choice because that insert is so sweet. Edited December 3 by RickR Sabertooth and Justin 1 1 Quote
Sabertooth Posted December 3 Author Report Posted December 3 Yeah, "the toddler" is definitely the inspiration for the insert. She thinks it's HER room. LOL And we have another one due any day now. Marco1019, sramirez2008, Justin and 1 other 4 Quote

Sabertooth Posted December 4 Author Report Posted December 4 Thanks @RickR & @Justin! We're excited to welcome her home soon. Our toddler really likes standing at the cab with me while I play PacMania and Dig Dug. She asks me to play those two games specifically. I'm hoping it sticks. Justin and RickR 2 Quote
