tdididit
not exacly rombuilder pc app sticking 2/4/8/16/32kb romfiles together with vcs rompicker application and list of roms. (bin file presents how list look like) then you flash large image into 29f040 chip and closing pcb in cart housing it is not a harmony, only cheap dip-free multicart with few banks switch modes support

Arenafoot
yes, but first it need to pass beta-tests here in Europe so they are PAL and not NTSC? tdididit
so they are PAL and not NTSC? you can build your rompackage with pc application. pc app stick games images in one big file with rompicker and list at first 4kB, 508kB is for games images. 127 games max. you are deciding what roms are on cart. For Europe users will use PAL, in USA you can use NTSC ROMs. then you program it on flash memory. rompicker doesnt use Player Missile so will work with NTSC machines. I used NTSC timing in kernel beta-tests in Europe are more caused by shipment costs...
