LeeJ07 Posted August 18, 2016 Report Posted August 18, 2016 Yesterday morning I was just playing my 3DS like usual, when it just went completely haywire, with no warning whatsoever. I've determined my only option is to return it to Nintendo for repair... Thankfully, it's still under warranty. Anyway, this is what the screen does now. "I'd buy that for a dollar!" -Smash T.V.
RickR Posted August 19, 2016 Report Posted August 19, 2016 It sucks, but they'll fix it. Thank goodness for warranties.
jmjustin6 Posted August 19, 2016 Report Posted August 19, 2016 Oh wow ive never seen that on a 3DS. Great to have the warranty. Youll just be without it for a couple weeks
RickR Posted August 19, 2016 Report Posted August 19, 2016 I'd also guess you have a really good chance of getting a brand new unit back.
nosweargamer Posted August 19, 2016 Report Posted August 19, 2016 Nintendo is pretty good with that stuff. They send you a fedex label, send it to them, get it back a week or two later. And based on experience, it will be the same system, just repaired. LeeJ07 Posted August 19, 2016 Author Report Posted August 19, 2016 I hope it's the same system. It's a limited edition. "I'd buy that for a dollar!" -Smash T.V.
LeeJ07 Posted August 24, 2016 Author Report Posted August 24, 2016 UPDATE: According to the status check site, my 3DS has arrived at the repair facility as of yesterday, and is currently being worked on. "I'd buy that for a dollar!" -Smash T.V.
