Now does anyone make a multi cart for the 7800?  What good 7800 emulator is there?

There isn't one multicart yet.  One is being worked on but has been delayed.  Everyone is eager to see it released.  It'll work like the Harmony cart for the 2600.

I use "MESS" to emulate 7800.  Others have had good luck with the "Prosystem" emulator.

vectrex.hackermesh.org - Mateos 16-in-1 rewritable. You get the multicast and the burner. (The burner also works with the Mateos Lynx and Vectrex multicarts). You drag and drop a ROM file via USB. Really good investment.

I can't get the pacman 40th anniversary collection to play in any emulator? am i doing something wrong?

I believe is only works correctly in the A7800 emulator and requires you to select the 7800 type with XM module present. That will also allow the FM audio to be heard over the TIA. It has been a while since I fired it up in emulation but I do recall that only the A7800 emu was able to play it correctly.
