I know I have not been around much (lots going on at my end) and it is odd that I post about such a heavy topic, but after chatting with our leader it was decided that this would make a good topic within the forums. I have sat on this video for about 3 days deciding if I should make it public and as of right now as I type it is still in an unlisted status. I offer it here in hopes to open a civil discussion on the subject. I understand topics like this are like walking on thin ice so, though I am not an admin here ask that any response be made with the same respect that this topic deserves regardless of you opinion either way.
