RickR Posted October 16, 2018 Report Share Posted October 16, 2018 Korean is a favorite of mine. Here in Portland, you see a lot of "fusion" carts that are mind-blowingly good. Example: Korean bulgogi beef in a taco. I'm finding that I get older, trying new things is something to really embrace. Enjoy!
