Doctor Octagon Posted June 23, 2014 Report Posted June 23, 2014 I just posted my first opinion article in the Blog and would love to hear your thoughts. The article examines Atari's new CEO Fred Chesnais and his plans at E3 for Atari's future, we take a look back at Atari's past leadership, and I explain why Atari in my opinion is making some major, predictable mistakes. The title of course is a play on words from the famous quote Gil Amelio once uttered about Apple just before Steve Jobs came back. Blog: http://www.atari.io/?p=778
Zontar Posted July 8, 2014 Report Posted July 8, 2014 Fred Chesnais isn't much different from other Atari CEOs and parent companies who were asset strippers that used the Atari brand and name recognition to make a quick buck. I'm not surprised.
Doctor Octagon Posted July 14, 2014 Author Report Posted July 14, 2014 At least back then it was Atari stamping their name on their own products. Now the name goes to the highest bidder.
DeLorean Posted July 27, 2014 Report Posted July 27, 2014 That's the best article on this site so far. Good job.
TheRipper Posted October 30, 2014 Report Posted October 30, 2014 So sad what became of a company that defined my childhood.
