Justin Posted June 10, 2020 Report Posted June 10, 2020 This is something I've always wanted to do, and why I love the idea of the Neo Geo so much. I was going to attempt to make a consoled Atari System 1 cabinet about 20 years ago but never finished. DegasElite 1 Quote
RickR Posted June 10, 2020 Report Posted June 10, 2020 Oh this is so cool! I never considered that. This would be right up my alley (and technical skill level). If anyone has any tips on acquiring a working arcade PCB, let me know! Justin and DegasElite 2 Quote
TrekMD Posted June 10, 2020 Report Posted June 10, 2020 That is cool but not in my skill set. Justin 1 Quote 🖖 Going to the final frontier, gaming...

For this to be "logical" for me it would have to cost less than a computer or game console. I don't expect that to happen but I would really like to get at least one arcade PCB. I'd want Galaxian to start with followed by Gyruss. I'd love to find Gradius or Life Force. And thanks for updating the topic heading. I wasn't sure how to word it. RickR and Justin 2 Quote
RickR Posted June 10, 2020 Report Posted June 10, 2020 I'd be happy with any. If you twisted my arm and made me pick a favorite to wish for, I'd go Missile Command (although getting a track-ball to work this way is probably difficult). Double Dragon, Galaxian, or Mario Bros would be my next choices. Honestly, any classic game would be delightful. What fun to dream. Atari 5200 Guy and Justin 2 Quote
