Funkmaster V 27 Report post Posted December 20, 2020 I did a review, a re-review, and added a friend's review to the site. Also, my personal Atari bio was added to the page. TrekMD 2,221 Report post Posted December 20, 2020 Combat 1990 could use some more sophisticated graphics but the game is fun to play. As the first homebrew, it took the 2600 game and updated it enough to be cool on the 7800. 3 Funkmaster V, socrates63 and Justin reacted to this
dauber 825 Report post Posted January 8 For me the attraction in Combat 1990 is that it's a one-player game. The reason I didn't like Combat on the 2600 is that it requires two players: given that when we got the 2600 in 1982 my brother was (and, actually, still is, now that I think of it!) ten years older than me, I was kinda-sorta an only child for all practical purposes. Yeah, I had friends, but they didn't always want to play Combat! 3 Justin, RickR and Funkmaster V reacted to this
