- Ω -
Sometimes it's the little things that give us so much joy in life! For instance last year I bought a beige TI-99/4A, something I thought I'd never do. Well, never say never! A TI'er who goes by the name "wierd_w" online designed and made a couple of 3D printed cases that match the beige TI much better than an original silver and black speech synthesizer unit ever could. The video (from 2020) below shows the preliminary design, WHICH HAS NOW BEEN UPDATED! In the Manuals/Keyboard Strips/Cartridge Labels/3D Printer Files thread, the original and updated bottom for the STL files are linked for immediate download and printing if you have a 3D printer. So, that was my highlight in 2020 for the TI, what was yours? MaximumRD and RickR 2 Quote <<< My YouTube Page >>>
RickR
My highlight of 2020 is an SD cart solution for Commodore 64 called "Kung Fu Cart". It does everything I need and it's not expensive. I love it. The 3d printer files you've provided have me on the lookout (and learning process) for a 3d printer of my own. For the TI, I'd print out a cover for my 32k sidecar and the Atari joystick converter. - Ω -
