Sure, you can get a dot matrix TrueType font, but it's too perfect and crisp. I've found the best way to reproduce that "look" is to... 1) Create an original document 2) Export it as a PDF at 300dpi 3) Print it the new document 4) Scan the new print, at 300 DPI 5) Save it again with medium compression . The result will not look new, so if you want to have a retro feel, it might be something for you to try... for whatever reason. Example attached below.
