Post a photo or YouTube video of your score in this thread. Scores must be achieved between June 15th through June 30th, 2022. Screen captures are not allowed as they are more easily manipulated for falsified scores. Multiple submissions are permitted. The player with the highest score at the end of the competition is the victor! Eligibility Anyone can join in. All players are welcome! Play Rules Games may be played on any Legends Pinball setup, real pinball machine hardware, Nintendo Switch, any other phone, tablet, console, or emulation, using any controller setup or keyboard, following all rules and game settings defined in the challenge. Choosing between real hardware or emulation, and choosing which controller to play on is part of formulating your strategy. Enhancements, rewinds and hacked versions of this game are not allowed. Difficulty Level No difficulty settings apply. We are playing Big Shot using default settings. Fair Play Your integrity is everything. Players should play fairly, be honest, and have fun! Falsified scores will result in your immediate removal from the site. It goes without saying that we will not allow cheats, hacks, cartridge frying, enhancements, rewinds, deceitful photo manipulation, subterfuge, or any other unfair advantage. We're trying something new with some "Legends Pinball" events for this year's Pizza Party Summer! Atari I/O Summer Pizza Party is now PIZZA PARTY SUMMER and runs from June 15th through July 31st! For this Squad Challenge we're playing Big Shot, a very simple pinball game released by Gottlieb in 1974. Big Shot is based on the game of pool. You'll find this to be a simple game, although the paddles feel far apart which leads to some real challenge and potential frustration. You are welcome to play Big Shot any way you are able to, including on any Legends Pinball set up, on any phone or tablet, and using the real pinball machine itself. Justin Posted July 1, 2022 Author Report Share Posted July 1, 2022 Congratulations BTBFilms76! Congratulations to @btbfilms76 on his big pinball win!! This was our first pinball tournament using Legends Pinball and it was a blast! Turnout will of course be limited as not everyone has access to Legends Pinball, but for those of us who do it's super awesome getting to play against other people in the forums! BTB came in 1st Place with his score of 96,730 played on a real Legends Pinball machine to take the top spot in our Final Standings. My score of 68,800 takes 2nd, @Gianna takes 3rd Place in our Final Standings with her incredible score of 67,420, and @Atari 5200 Guy rounds things out in 4th with his stellar showing of 43,810 points. Incredible scores all around, and I hope all of you enjoyed getting to playin a real Pinball Tournament Challenge! As I always, I'd like to encourage @btbfilms76 to post his new high score on the Scoreboard to make sure this Challenge continues! We'll be seeing you in the next event as Pizza Party Summer marches on all summer long! NOTE: Our next Legends Pinball Tournament is for Genie. Be there!
