Sabertooth Posted July 6, 2022 Report Posted July 6, 2022 Hi and welcome! You don't need a switch box to connect your 2600. Instead, I'd recommend an RCA to Coax adapter like the one linked (for reference). With this you can hook it up directly to your TV cable line in. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0963WNJ73/ref=sspa_mw_detail_0?ie=UTF8&psc=1&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9kZXRhaWwp13NParams MaximumRD, greenween and TrekMD 3 Quote

chas10e Posted July 7, 2022 Report Posted July 7, 2022 The RCA to coax adapter is definatly the way to go, If on a modern flat screen TV, you will need it to have a coax input and with the console powered on you may have to do an analog-channel search The console may or may not have a channel select switch (2 or 3) if TV has no coax input an old VCR may be needed There are composite modification kits available to make the 2600 work on more modern TV's https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=atari+2600+mod&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&_odkw=atari+kiosk&_osacat=0 Keep us posted on your progress 😉 Sabertooth 1 Quote
