Jimbronie Posted August 2, 2015 Report Posted August 2, 2015 I have been scavenging through my parents attic. Mostly looking for Atari stuff. I came across this box of Nintendo manuals and odds and ends from the robot. Can anyone tell me what this stuff is worth? I want to get rid of it. I am not a Nintendo collector and doubt I will start collecting Nintendo.
RickR Posted August 2, 2015 Report Posted August 2, 2015 I'm going to guess that the robot parts are worth a bit to NES collectors. The ROB robot is pretty pricey, and I'll bet many of them are missing these parts. Hopefully someone here can step up and help you find the exact value. The manuals and paperwork are probably just a few bucks. I'd trade you some Atari games for those if you're interested.
RickR Posted August 2, 2015 Report Posted August 2, 2015 Take a look at this closed auction. I'd guess the ROB accessories are worth about $50 on a good day. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Nintendo-NES-Rob-The-Robot-Attachment-Pieces-Long-And-Short-Rails-With-Two-Gyros-/121714904212?hash=item1c56c60c94
RickR Posted August 2, 2015 Report Posted August 2, 2015 If it was me (and you want to sell them), I'd put all of the Rob accessories together, add in the ROB and Gyromite and Stack Up manuals, and list them in one lot on ebay with a $50 minimum.
Jimbronie Posted August 3, 2015 Author Report Posted August 3, 2015 Thanks for the advise Rick. It has been a while since I put anything on eBay but maybe it is time to get back. Do you have any Atari 8-bit carts to trade?
RickR Posted August 3, 2015 Report Posted August 3, 2015 Well, I don't at the moment. But Greenween has an 8-bit Midnight Magic cart, and he wanted to trade me....so we could do a three way trade if you want.
