One of our favorite podcasts has a great double feature! This week we take a look at two great adventure comedy films from the 1980s, Romancing the Stone and its sequel Jewel of the Nile.

 

Both films star Michael Douglas, Kathleen Turner, and Danny DeVito. Romancing the Stone was directed by Robert Zemeckis with music by Alan Silvestri, both of whom would work together on Back to the Future, Forrest Gump, and many others.

 

The Retroist is a fantastic podcast, and it's long-been a personal favorite among the Mods here at the site for many years. I hope you'll find the time this weekend to maybe put on a great game, tune in and listen to this great podcast. Maybe it'll become a weekend routine!
