Retirement downsizing ideas, while keeping some of the retro-toys.

Where I live now is really much too big for me, but I simply have way too much stuff.  But WHAT IF I were to radically downsize?  I've been mulling it over for the past few months, and found a "possible" solution to the issue.  It seems to check off all the boxes, dishwasher, washer, dryer, livingroom, bath, bedroom and even a small den.  The thing is, it's small... and I mean really, really small.  However there would be room for my computer setup, my 5200 OR my TI (at one time).  Heck, there's even room for the 3D printer.  But again, it's small.  So I figured I'd post this idea here, and you guys could tell me if you think.

A 5th wheel trailer...

So, what do you think?  Ridiculous or doable?

Where would you park it?

What is the main purpose of this?  Saves money?  Sell your house and retire on the proceeds?

I'm just mulling over ideas right now.  Money is not an issue, but I'm getting older and my arthritis is becoming an issue.  If I took this path I'd not have the property or a house to maintain at least.  There are places to park it, so that's not really an issue.  I would have to put some stuff in storage though.  I figured if I did go this route, I'd probably only do it for ten years or so, and if I am still alive at that point decide what to do then.  So many people I've known have already kicked the bucket, and some even younger than me.   As for the TI, well I'd have to get rid of my main unit, but it's not like I use it much anymore anyway, so someone would be able to give it a good home.  I figured a Starlink connection would give me all the access I'd ever need for Internet wherever I park it.
