sramirez2008 Posted May 20 Report Posted May 20 I know I can’t be the only one, so please share your clock radios. Mine sat in its box for years before I finally put together my Atari room. RickR, - Ω -, DegasElite and 2 others 5 Quote
DegasElite Posted May 20 Report Posted May 20 Cool stuff overall. Like the "Asteroids" poster. sramirez2008 1 Quote

It’s the artwork for the 7800 version. My favorite Asteroids artwork is the 5200’s. I have a custom cart and box with that artwork, as well as, poster art. DegasElite, MistaMaddog and RickR 3 Quote
RickR Posted May 20 Report Posted May 20 (edited) Oh god, this is so embarrassing, but I'll share anyway. Let me preface by saying that I refuse to keep my phone next to my bed as a clock/alarm because after years of being "on-call" at work, I refuse to do that ever again. Even in "do not disturb" mode. So without a phone, I have myself a pretty sweet atomic clock radio on the bottom. It always has the right time and I never have to touch it. I also am able to set & forget alarms. It is set to go off M-F and not on the weekends. So it is perfect except....I can't see the dang thing at night or from across the room. What time is it? I don't know! So that's why I've got old reliable up top. The clock/radio I've used since college. Works like a champ, and has the full keypad up top to set the time and alarms. But I only use it for the time. And the second pic is from the one in my game room, performing a similar function as your initial post. It looks cool in a retro gaming room. I’ve had my room setup for nearly 2 years now, but the clock sat around for about 5 years prior. DegasElite and RickR 2 Quote
TrekMD Posted May 20 Report Posted May 20 I don't have any of those clocks anymore. My mom has one or two at her house, though. Hers have the digital red numbers. It's been a while since I've seen the one with the numbers that flip! DegasElite 1 Quote 🖖 Going to the final frontier, gaming...
sramirez2008 Posted May 20 Author Report Posted May 20 The digital red numbered clocks are cool too. I had one that I took with me to college. Not sure what happened to it after that. DegasElite 1 Quote
- Ω - Posted May 21 Report Posted May 21 The only place I have clock radios is in the bedroom. The first one pictured is my oldest, around 10 years old now, it was to replace an even older model with the flip style. This second one is my primary, yeah, I have backups on alarm clocks too, not just TI computers. OCD? This third one is a alarm clock, but not radio, it's my backup to my backup.
