I enjoy a good, dark stout, and you may or may not be surprised to know that I don't have a giant beard, or an impressive beer belly to be proud of, but I tried a new Imperial Stout. It'd called Twilight Temptation. Brewed in Texas by Rollertown Beer works, this Stout is a collaboration with The Beerded Lady. It clocks in at 12% apv. This is from a local brewer in Celina, TX. There is no flavor description on the can, but it's got a sweetness to it, very smooth and definitely chocolate notes. It goes down easier than most Stouts do. Definitely recommended it.
