  1. Here we are with a prototype of the the classic Atari 5200 game from Lucasfilm: Ballblazer! NOTE: This game is believed to be unfinished because it crashed on us once while we were running it. thanks for looking, lance www.atarisales.com
  2. thanks, peter was the programmer. it was mostly his game. but i wanted the sound effects:) lance www.atarisales.com
  3. hi, we released the game on the atari 8-bit as a 16k cart. we also have ported it to the atari 5200, its in beta testing now. and now we are going to to port it to the atari 7800, with some extra controller options we hope:) thanks, lance www.atarisales.com
  4. i forwarded my response back to you. it has all of the information that you need. thanks, lance www.atarisales.com
  5. here is the splash screen, and we have some working code going 😉 thanks for looking, lance www.atarisales.com
  6. Just the splash screen for right now, we have generated code for some working parts of the game. as of right now, we have about 6 games in the works, some further along than others. thanks for looking, lance www.atarisales.com
  7. Here is the latest screen: Thanks for looking! Lance www.atarisales.com
  8. Thanks, its just the first attempt at the splash screen. we are assembling sprites right now for production.
  9. Here is a first look at one of our new games we are porting over to the Atari 7800. It's a work in progress. This is actually from the 7800 version we are porting. It's Laser Blast X, it should be awesome on the 7800 Thanks for looking, Lance www.atarisales.com
  10. This was a floppy disk-based program that I had converted to cartridge format using custom code that I own. This gives you much quicker loading times than a traditional floppy disk. This is a cartridge that I use all the time when I am in my computer lab.I call it my "right hand," and I carry it around in my pocket. Thanks for viewing! Lance www.atarisales.com
  11. and yes, i responded, and thanks for the inquiry. lance www.atarisales.com
  12. it loaded the video before i had a chance to make the post complete, who knows what i did:) so here is the rest, SpartaDOS 3.3 is a disk operating system utility for the Atari 8-bit computer line, and it is on a cartridge. This version of SpartaDOS is owned by Video 61 and Atari Sales. Video 61 owns no other version of SpartaDOS. Any other version of SpartaDOS is either owned by F.T.E. or was released into the public domain. SpartaDOS 3.3 was commissioned by K-Products, Owners of BBS Express Professional, or what's known as Pro, to be the operating system of "PRO." Video 61 purchased all of K-Products' copyrighted software, any patents, and all hardware products for the Atari 8-bit computers, in 1998. thanks for looking lance www.atarisales.com
  13. thanks for your interest and compliment. lance www.atarisales.com
  14. its one of the games that makes the 5200 controller shine. i was really bummed when i saw missile command on the XEGS, they did not make it into a light gun game, i was stunned, because atari was bragging to all of us dealers, they had a system and games to compete with the NES. and they said yes we have a light gun to. so why not make a game that was a obvious candidate for a light gun, make it into a light gun compatible, instead of the old game everyone knew about, and were tired of. by making it into a light gun game, it would have made renewed interest in the game, and more machine sales. same thing can be said about the 7800 cracked, the joystick, are you insane. it was a light gun game from the get go. the joystick is way to slow. played it a couple of times back in the 80's, never booted it again till i decided to see what it could do with a trak-ball, in trak-ball mode. no go their either, a complete waste of a game. lance www.atarisales.com
  15. This is a demonstration of a rare prototype version of "Missile Command," for the Atari 5200(with pam low, and pam hi). It could (or could not) be a later-stage prototype because it is so close to the released edition you see today. But, it is indicative of a possible early prototype because it has PAM labeled on the EPROM chips, both low and high. NOTE: PAM was the code name for Atari 5200, by the way. thanks for looking, lance www.atarisales.com
  16. thanks, its one of at least ten 5200 games that we have ported to the 5200. like all games, its got to be beta tested. so we hope to have at least two to go soon. lance www.atarisales.com
  17. glad you liked it, thanks, lance www.atarisales.com
  18. here is a updated video showing the work we are doing on the game, its getting closer to the stage where we start to beta testing. This is an update concerning progress on the production of "Secretum Labyrinth Xenogenesis," a new title up and coming for the Atari 5200. It is a sequel to "Secretum Labyrinth: The Legend" for the Atari 8-bit. thanks for looking, lance www.atarisales.com
  19. This is just a quick first look at the up and coming release, from Video 61 and Atari Sales, of HeliCommander for the Atari 5200. thanks for looking, lance www.atarisales.com
  20. no wonder i feel so weird every time i play the 5200, we are all devo now! lance www.atarisales.com
  21. this is a further experiment by Video 61 and Atari Sales showing interaction between the V61 Atari 7800-compatible Trak-Ball controller and the game "Pole Position II." i was asked if you could shift the speed, and you can. it works well. also i used a older version of pole position II, the one that has a spring loaded dust cover, and you can pick your track also on that version. the older version is two rom chips on the board, the newer version has one chip on a 32k board. there might have been some alterations to the code for when it was ported over to the single rom 32k board thanks for watching, lance www.atarisales.com
  22. This is Atari 5200 conversion of the Atari 8-bit computer title "Surround 'Em," coming soon from Video 61 and Atari Sales. thanks for watching, lance www.atarisales.com
