Does the portal take you to the other dimension? What is the other dimension? Is the nature of the other dimension alien, supernatural, or something else? Why fake Will Byers' death? It's a reference to Joseph Conrad's poem Heart of Darkness, which has as one of it's better known lines “The belief in a supernatural source of evil is not necessary; men alone are quite capable of every wickedness.” Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
