    That is Faxanadu, I've never even had a chance to play it. I loved Rygar and Dragon Warrior. Beat them both with a little help from the Nintendo hotline. LOL I've had most of these for years, but I treat myself to a new one about once a month. I just got NES Pinball a couple days ago. I'm going to spend my next day off giving it some play time.

    Not a massive collection, 50 or so. I tend to seek out individual carts that I want these days.

    Pulling out a bunch of NES games since it's hooked up. I spent a weekend at my mom's in some year, maybe 90. Rented this one just to have something to play. Still love it!

    Getting better. I managed to max out the upgrades and make it to level 3. Got hit, lost it all and then it was over . LOL 119,400

    There's a mountain with a gap in it on the first level. If you go through it you get 5,000 points. Just in case you didn't know. 🙂

    I just started playing this again on PS2. I get distracted and just let the radio play. LOL Thinking about buying the trilogy for PS4.

    Decided to do a little better. Flipped it to 23,125. Played on the 7800 with a 2600 joystick.

    Calling it a night. Level 5 tomorrow!

    Day 2 on my NES. Heading to level 3 now. Took the time to gather heart containers, rupees, master sword, and every other item obtainable. I am using walkthroughs for the best pattern for getting these things.

    Once the shields are gone I start each level with the joystick pushed to the right and the fire button down. Taking out the bottom 2 rows all the way across, then all the way back to the left for the final row. Smooth sailing from there. 🙂

    I figured out a strategy when I was 12 that can pretty much let you play until you're just ready to quit. Snapped a pic right before the score rolled. 9,960.

    Question. I scored 11,050 and realized the score flipped at 10k. How can we handle this?

    Count me in. I remember buying this one before I had even heard about it. I remember holding it and reading the box and knew it was the game I had been waiting for. Absolute classic.
