Atari 8-Bit Projects List

It's a nice simple lists of some fun projects to do on an Atari 8-bit computer (or emulator).  I was going to start going through these one by one myself.  Let me know if anyone wants to do these together!  I really like the time estimates and the breadth of different things to try.
