Reminds me back in the day if I ever got a loose cart with missing or highly damaged label I literally would create my own label using simple adhesive paper, coloured pencils and after applying I would attempt to "laminate" them by covering with transparent Scotch brand tape. Clearly nothing professional about it but fun and one of a kind and I wish I still had them today !
