RickR Posted May 8, 2016 Report Posted May 8, 2016 It's the CX85 10-key pad! Why did I buy it? Well, I thought it would look really cool next to the 810 disk drive and Atari 800. And just look at that high-quality 70's goodness. Atari was going for the serious business user. What other company made such a device? Alan Alda just called...he said "no one!" Then he poured himself some bourbon out of a flask and hit on Hot Lips Houlihan.
Ballblaɀer Posted May 8, 2016 Report Posted May 8, 2016 My kingdom for a "NO" button! Did multiple programs actually use the yes/no buttons? Honest question!
The Professor Posted May 8, 2016 Report Posted May 8, 2016 I literally clicked on this topic to make sure it wasn't a spam bot. You got me good! Great post on the CX85 Keypad!
Rowsdower70 Posted May 8, 2016 Report Posted May 8, 2016 Surely there's a game on the Atari 8 bit that uses the number keys for something. Apshai maybe? Sure looks pretty anyway! "For you - Rowsdower from the 70 - have been appointed Omnivisioner of the Game Grid." ~ Atari Adventure Square
