Hmmm... I'm pretty sure what they are showing is just the 2600+ main logic rockchip board that they have stuck into that section. So I'm guessing that is what they are doing is designing the same thing onto an even smaller PCB setup.

I wouldn't be surprised.  Yet, this is still making a functional LEGO 2600!
