That’s some really nice artwork of the NCC-1701. Almost looks real.

Very nice. You can get a box for Venetian Blinds from Marc Oberhäuser's Etsy Store. Patch not included. It took a lot of points to earn that patch.😉

The last time I went to the Air & Space Museum, the Enterprise was hanging from the rafters. I spent my summers during middle school in DC, visiting with my Uncle and would spend many hours in the museum. The Enterprise was always there, so when I took my older son on trip to DC, I made sure to visit the museum so he could see it. This would have been ~2005/2006. He couldn't believe they had the orginal model.
Btw, their Wright Brothers exhibition is something else. The Air and Space Muesum is a favorite of mine.

Yoooo boxed Spider Fighter! That was one of my first Activision games, I'm always up for some Spider Fighter!

That 7800 Game Drive looks pretty awesome! I hope it's a good experience.

    And mine arrived yesterday!

I was messing around with it quite a bit last night (I should have been doing other stuff...but...ehh). And it isn't perfect by any means, but it is right up there with my Dragon Fly on what it can do currently and since it can play Rikki & Vikki with full audio, it does have the DF beat in that regard. But ONLY that regard.
Covox audio isn't working currently on the 7800GD and will have to be addressed in future FW updates. Some games have issues playing on the 7800GD, and the AV out is pretty picky on what will or won't work from it at the current time. There will be a hardware revision of the 7800GD to address the AV output stuff. Likely the next batch of them will have that in place.

I am happy to get the limited edition of Atari Archive Vol 1: 1977-1978 by Kevin Bunch and published by Press Run Books.
The book covers the first two years of the Atari 2600 and provides important historical context for its development and the nascent home videogame market.
The limited edition is numbered, comes with a signed certificate, slipcase, papercraft diorama and poster.
My initial copy was damaged so this is a replacement. #99 of 750.

Btw, I didn’t mean for this to turn into a comparison. For those that collect, the main thing is for you to be happy with your collection and hopefully, you have the time to enjoy it. Prior to COVID, my wife and I would host Atari parties. In addition to our friends, our sons would stop by with some of their friends and we would all spend a day playing games on various consoles, complete with CRTs. Earlier this year, we started hosting again, although not as frequent as we used to. It’s always a good time and it’s nice to see the younger generation have some fun with nearly 50 year old hardware. There’s still something about connecting a 2600 to a CRT, popping in a Supercharger and pressing play on the cassette deck to launch a game. That never gets old for me.
Thanks for sharing and Game on everyone.

I don't play either of my two Lynx systems as much as I would like. Lack of time honestly. But I do have over 40 games for the system along with my AgaCart I purchased a few years back. I think some of my favorites on the system would be Xenophobe, Paperboy, Rygar, Zarlor Mercenary, and Xybots!

Yes!  The whole museum is one of the best I've ever been to.  Highly recommended if you are ever in Texas.

At the NASA museum in Houston, they let you go inside a shuttle prototype and it is super cool.

And then of course they have a real Apollo command module (Apollo 17).  Shhhh, don't tell anyone, but I reached across the stanchion and touched it.  I felt compelled to do it.

But my all-time favorite is this one.  They call it the most famous ship in all of human history.  I will admit to standing and staring at the real McCoy for a long long time at the Smithsonian.  It is mesmerizing.

I have a RomScanner Command Center complete in box. It looks pretty cool when its all setup. The Kid in me comes out whenever I set this up. I love that its a "Command Center". Marketing did a great job with this.

I forgot, my most recent "cool" purchase is this Halo 2600 Source Code poster. I've been after one of these for years.

100%. The Space Shuttle program will always be special. In March of 2009 we were able to watch the Discovery launch. I’ll never forget that.
