  1. Jump back on your skate board for Ep 360: Super Skateboardin' (Atari 7800)
  2. Today I look at "The Homer" by Hot Wheels.
  3. Put on your neon shorts for Ep 359: Skateboardin' (Atari 2600)
  4. Nope, although I can understand the guess. Hint 1: It was a later release like Xenophobe, but it wasn't released by Atari.
  5. The last time I was at my mother-in-laws, I kept drinking out of this mug. When it was time to go, she asked me if I wanted it, which I naturally said "Absolutely". I'm not sure how old it is, but I'd have to guess at least 25 years or more. And now it's my favorite coffee mug!
  6. I wonder if they have any Sega Genesis titles for rent...
  7. There are no real issues between the two sites. I'm a member of both and both have some good stuff to offer. Now there has been at least one AA person who signed up here and tried starting something that didn't fly here and got booted. AA is bigger, so it is more difficult to police. And what is accepted on one site may not be accepted by the other, since they are run by two different people. There may also be times when a topic comes up and opinions may vary by site. But all in all, both are great sites for Atari fans and both have some great members.
  8. Then the point was meant for you! Skateboardin' is correct! Hopefully my review helps clear it up! Later down the road, I also plan to post a full playthrough successfully completing the game.
  9. 177873 This plays really nice on the 3ds. I don't know if I ever did this well. It got crazy when the barriers turned blue, but when the swirls actually chase you down after that...wow.
  10. Crack open another can of spinach for Ep: 358 Popeye (Intellivision)
  11. Celebrating Atari Day with Ep 357: Popeye (Atari 2600)
  12. My wife and kids surprised me with this GOG Blind Bag:
  13. Recently, when I reviewed Popeye for the NES and 2600, I received several comments about the confusion between Bluto & Brutus (including from our very own RIckR!!!). So I made this video trying to clear it all up:
  14. 1) I wish I better labeled my boxes when I moved. 2) Use PLENTY of packing material. Wal-Mart plastic bags are good to use for small areas in the boxes. Newspaper & Bubble wrap can also work. When you shake a box, you don't want to here any movement. 3) I put all of the hookups of various systems in separate, marked zip lock bags and put them all in one box. This made packing the systems a whole lot easier since I didn't have to work around cords. 4) Some of my disc based games I packed laying on their backs to make it less likely that the discs would dislodge and get scratched during moving. Sometimes, I even put discs in a binder while moving and return them to their case later.
